Company 95 was dispatched at 0615 hours to a fluids and debris call in the Madison St parking lot of the High School as they were returning from an earlier fire alarm at the Bechtelsville Dunkin Donuts. On arrival crews found a trash truck had struck a light standard knocking down the light and smashing the right side fuel tank causing a diesel fuel leak that drained approximately 20 to 30 gallons of fuel on the parking lot and a small amount drained into a storm drain and traveled through the storm sewer but was stopped before it got to the retention pond by placing absorption pads and booms in three of the catch basins before the outlet. DEP was notified and spoke to command on scene.

At 0930 hours the scene was turned over to Waste Managements hazmat response team; they were contacted by Advanced Disposal.
