Company 95 was dispatched to Colebrookdale Road just south of Levengood Road for a two vehicle head on crash at 1747 hours. On arrival crews found one man behind the wheel of the car with pain in his arm and another man lying on the ground next to the car with pain in his abdomen and a third person sitting on a stone wall with blood on her shirt. She stated the blood was from her horse that was in the trailer and went through the chest bar and hit the front of the trailer. The horse was out of the trailer and grazing grass in the yard. A truck and trailer arrived and took the horse to a local barn where a Veterinarian was called to evaluate the horse. The two men were stabilized on scene and transported to a local Trauma center by Goodwill Ambulance and Tower Health Ambulance. Both vehicles and the trailer were removed by Douglassville Auto Body. BAF&R was assisted by Earl Fire Company Fire Police and Amity Fire Company Fire Police to close Colebrookdale Rd.
Douglass Police are investigating the crash.
