B.A.F.& R. Fire Police were dispatched to the 400 block of E. Philadelphia Avenue at 0220 hours to assist Police with traffic control with multiple vehicles struck in both blocks. A total of seven vehicles were involved, the striking vehicle caused damage to six parked vehicles. The rear differential was ripped from the striking vehicle and it traveled east on Philadelphia Avenue and struck a vehicle on the South side of the Avenue.
Berks-Mont Towing removed three of the vehicles and cleaned up a large debris field.
Eastern Berks Regional Police are investigating the crash.
