Company 95 was dispatched to assist Eastern Berks Fire with a fully involved Barn fire on South 7th Street in Bally. On arrival Ladder 95 was positioned in front of the Barn to deploy the stick and flow water through the pipe. Engine 95-1 was sent to the pond behind the Washington Inn to fill tankers. Crews worked in very hot humid conditions to control the fire to keep it from spreading to other structures. Numerous Berks County and Montgomery County Fire Departments responded to get the fire under control. The State Police Fire Marshal investigated the cause of the fire.
