Company 95 was dispatched to a mutual aid with Amity Fire Company at 1460 Ben Franklin Highway at 2232 hours for a reported fire alarm. Ladder 95 and Engine 49 arrived on location and found a smoke condition in the building and the call was upgraded to a Structure assignment now calling for multiple companies from Berks and Montgomery Counties. The source was located and was identified as a type of oven that failed and was over 500 degrees. The oven was shut down and the building ventilated.
