07/29/2025 – at 0737 hours Station 95 was dispatched to assist Montgomery County Station 79, Upper Pottsgrove Fire Company, with a vehicle fire on Farmington Ave and West Moyer Road. Engine 95-1 made the response with a crew of four and arrived at 0745 hours simultaneously with Montgomery County Engine 79. Personnel pulled the front bumper line and initiated an attack on the well involved vehicle. Personnel from Station 79 also pulled a line and began assisting when they received a call for smoke in the area and a possible structure fire. They quickly disconnected and responded to that incident as Engine 95-1 remained to finish extinguishment of the vehicle fire. The other incident turned out to be smoke from the vehicle fire and Engine 79 returned to the scene. After the fire was extinguished the company was released and made available at 0816 hours. It is always an honor to provide mutual aid to our neighboring departments as they have to assist us.
