Company 95 was dispatched to the area of 587 Colebrookdale Road for an I-Phone crash notification at 1819 hours. On arrival crews found the crash to be on Farmington Avenue just South of the intersection with Colebrookdale Road and crews found one occupant was reporting injuries and that person was turned over to Boyertown Ambulance and transported to a local hospital. Crews assisted Douglassville Auto Body with clean up of fluids and debris and removal of the vehicles. Douglass Berks Police are investigating the crash.
