Company 95 was dispatched at 0735 hours to the 2300 block of Farmington Avenue for a two vehicle head on crash with injuries. Assistant Chief 19 happened upon the crash and requested Farmington Avenue be closed between Englesville Hill Road and Reading Avenue. Crews arrived and stabilized the vehicles and checked on patients from both vehicles. Boyertown Ambulance and Gilbertsville Ambulance evaluated and transported the injured patients to local hospitals. Fire Police from BAF&R and Gilbertsville Fire & Rescue closed Farmington Avenue between Englesville Hill Road and Reading Avenue. Douglassville Auto Body removed the vehicles and cleaned up debris and fluids with assistance from BAF&R Crews.
Crews were on scene for just over an hour.
Douglass Police are investigating the crash.
