Company 95 was dispatched to assist Montgomery County Station 79 with a vehicle crash at RT 100 and Moyer Road around 0900 hours. Crews arrived on location and it was determined the trapped driver was deceased and Company 95 was no longer needed. The Company was released with the exception of Fire Police. Fire Police assisted multiple Montgomery County Fire Police with shutting down Moyer Road and Rt 100 and remained on location for nearly five hours until the Montgomery County detectives completed the investigation and the vehicles were removed from the roadway by Dewan’s Towing from Collegeville.
